We prepare; a qualified accountant reviews
The software prepares your confirmation statement and annual accounts. A qualified accountant then checks the output at the review stage before anything goes to you.

You approve, we submit
You receive a summary of the prepared filing. Once you've reviewed it and approved it as director, the documents are submitted electronically to Companies House.

Is 212 Finance an accountancy firm?▼
No. 212 Finance develops and commercially exploits proprietary software that prepares UK companies' statutory filings from their own banking and accounting data, licensed to those companies on subscription. Each filing goes through a review stage for assurance and is submitted electronically once the director has approved it.
What happens at the review stage?▼
Once the software has prepared your confirmation statement and accounts, a qualified accountant reviews the output before it comes to you. The review stage checks that what the software has prepared is accurate and complete. You then receive the filing for your approval as director — nothing is submitted until you've approved it.
When do you launch?▼
We're in private early access and building toward a public launch. Waitlist members will be the first to be onboarded. We'll contact you directly when your spot is ready — no launch date is committed here.
