Who we are

212 Finance Ltd (company no. 17397092, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact us at support@212finance.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you join our waitlist we collect the following information:

• Company name
• Your name
• Email address
• Annual revenue band
• VAT registration status
• Number of employees
• Consent to contact

We collect this to manage our pre-launch waitlist, prioritise onboarding, and contact you when a spot becomes available. The lawful basis for processing is your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the signup form.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until our waitlist closes, until you ask us to remove them, or until 24 months have passed since you signed up — whichever comes first. If you subscribe at launch, we will move your data into our subscription records and a separate privacy notice will apply to that relationship.

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party processors to operate the waitlist:

• Supabase — database storage (EU region)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to processing or ask us to restrict it
• Receive your data in a portable format

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
